CLINICS - TRAINING & HORSEMANSHIP
IT IS not about what the trainer can do with your horse! - it is about what your can do with your horse!

With 40 years proven experience – My Horsemanship and training methods are science based by applying psychological learning theories! LEARN TO - shape how a horse perceives, reacts to exercises and responds to cues. Horse training and horsemanship clinics vary widely in structure, length, and focus, ranging from non-riding groundwork to intensives to multi-day mounted coaching.
FORMATS
My clinics in follow a structured format designed to build communication, emotional connection, and practical riding or groundwork skills between horse and rider.
Typical Clinic Structure & Schedule
-
Duration: Most clinics run for 2 to 4 days (commonly a 3-day format running from morning to mid-afternoon, typically around 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
-
Daily Sessions:
-
Riders typically get two practical sessions per day (such as a 2-hour morning session and a 2-hour afternoon session).
-
Between sessions, participants "audit" or watch the other group, which provides valuable learning time to absorb concepts, body language, and problem-solving from the sidelines.
-
Daily Progression:
Mornings often start with Handouts, identifying positive/negative personality traits, groundwork (desensitization, body[JaLF1] language, respect, trust, confidence, leadership and feel), moving into ridden work in the afternoon (refining seat, legs, hands, and cues).
